Bupa Dental Care Tredegar is seeking a Lead Dental Nurse to oversee the nursing team in a busy practice offering NHS, private, and orthodontic treatments. You will lead clinical care, drive standards, and support colleagues to deliver high-quality patient experiences.

About Our Bupa Dental Care Tredegar Practice

Bupa Dental Care Tredegar is a large, well-established practice located within the Gwent Shopping Centre in the heart of Tredegar. With over 20 years of serving the local community, the practice has built a loyal patient base and benefits from excellent accessibility, free nearby parking, and strong connections to the surrounding South Wales area.

The practice features five surgeries and offers a mix of NHS, private, and orthodontic treatments, creating a varied and busy clinical environment. You'll be joining a supportive team that includes dentists, a hygienist, practice management, and seven qualified dental nurses, many of whom have been with the practice for several years.
