Job summary

Henry Schein Dental Recruitment is seeking an experienced Deputy Lead Dental Nurse for a fully private practice in Barnet. You will bring leadership, chairside expertise, and a patient-first mindset to a premium clinical team.

The role focuses on overseeing nursing duties, maintaining the highest infection control standards, and supporting clinicians, Treatment Coordinators, and management to deliver an exceptional patient journey. 5+ years’ experience and GDC registration are essential.

Qualifications

• GDC registered Dental Nurse with more than 5 years experience.
• Extensive experience in a private or mixed dental practice.
• Experienced in Implant dentistry.
• Strong understanding of clinical standards, compliance, and infection control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, patient-focused mindset with a calm, confident presence.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end clinical environment.
• Ability to work 5 days per week inclusive of alternate Saturday work.

• Provide high-quality chairside assistance to a variety of experienced clinicians.
• Oversee day-to-day nursing duties to ensure smooth, efficient clinical workflows.

Experienced Deputy Lead Dental Nurse - Barnet - Full-time

We are seeking a highly experienced Deputy Lead Dental Nurse to join a fully PVT established practice located in Barnet.

The ideal candidate will be someone with previous lead or head nurse experience and who combines exceptional chairside expertise especially in the field of Implant dentistry and/or Sedation, excellent communication and a patient-first mindset.
