Zusammenfassung

Grandholm Dental Clinic & Implant Centre in Aberdeen is seeking an experienced Head Dental Nurse to lead our nursing team and uphold high clinical standards in a busy 8-surgery practice.

This full-time role offers £15.15 per hour, a 5-day week (with flexibility to 4 days Tue–Fri), and 8:15am–5:30pm hours. We provide GDC registration support, CPD access, and a supportive, patient‑focused environment.

Qualifikationen

• GDC-registered dental nurse with required registration and accountability.
• Previous management, supervisory or team leadership experience within a dental practice is essential.
• Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate, support and develop a team.

Advanced Dentistry is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Head Dental Nurse to join our fantastic team at Grandholm Dental Clinic & Implant Centre on full time basis

Grandholm Dental Clinic is a busy, modern 8-surgery practice and a recognised VT Training Practice, providing high-quality patient care in a supportive and professional environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Dental Nurse with previous management or supervisory experience to lead and support our nursing team, maintain high clinical standards and ensure the smooth day‑to‑day running of the practice.

What we're looking for

• GDC-registered Qualified Dental Nurse
• Previous management, supervisory or team leadership experience within a dental practice is essential
• Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate, support and develop a team
• Experience coordinating nursing rotas, managing workloads and supporting efficient practice operations
• Strong understanding of clinical governance, cross-infection control and health and safety requirements
• A proactive, professional and patient-focused approach
