Job summary

A leading energy consultancy in the UK is seeking a Lead Engineer to head a Decarbonisation role. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in energy performance contracting and will lead various energy engineering projects. Responsibilities include overseeing energy audits, managing teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Energy Engineering, along with strong leadership and communication skills. This is a full-time role with responsibilities across client sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in energy performance contracting or related fields.
• Extensive experience delivering Energy Performance Contracts and energy audits.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage multiple complex workstreams.

Responsibilities

• End to end leadership of Investment Grade Audits and Decarbonisation Plans.
• Supervision and quality assurance of energy audits and feasibility studies.
• Technical leadership in developing energy engineering deliverables.
