Job summary

bet365 is seeking a Lead Data Scientist to develop probabilistic models powering real-time betting markets. You will build advanced models for odds and in-play decisions, using Python/R and modern ML techniques in a hybrid work setting.

You will mentor junior colleagues, lead technical projects, and collaborate with trading teams and software architects to ensure scalable, accurate solutions across large datasets.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of sports and online gambling to develop impactful models aligned with business objectives.
• Advanced degree in a quantitative field; track record in predictive modeling.
• Experience leading design, development and deployment of predictive models.
• Proven ability to design complex ML solutions and guide best practices.
