Job summary

Digica is seeking an experienced Data Scientist who will also act as a Technical Lead. The role combines advanced data science work with project leadership, guiding client discussions from design to production deployment of ML models.

You will design CV/ML/AI models, optimize algorithms, integrate models into production environments, and mentor junior team members while communicating results to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and deploying ML/AI models in production.
• Strong Python programming and data analysis skills.
• Ability to lead projects end-to-end with client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing CV/ML/AI models (predictive, classification, LLM, recommendation systems, etc.).
• Select and optimize algorithms (regression, tree-based models, neural networks).
• Integrating models into production environments and performing data cleaning and feature engineering.
• Mentoring junior team members and contributing to solution architecture.
• Presenting analytical results to business and technical stakeholders.
