A leading consulting firm is seeking a Lead Data Modeller to develop their data architecture and modelling capabilities. This hybrid role based in Worcester requires proven experience in delivering data modelling initiatives, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to manage internal teams. This position offers a competitive salary between £70,000 and £80,000.

Lead Data Modeller

Our client are looking for a Lead Data Modeller to take ownership of developing their data architecture and modelling capability. In this role you will focus on establishing frameworks, standards and scalable data models that align with strategic business objectives alongside continuous improvement across data governance and architecture.

You'll need proven experience leading the end-to-end delivery of data modelling initiatives, including building and implementing common data models, while managing internal teams and collaborating closely with third-party suppliers. Strong stakeholder engagement is essential, along with the ability to translate between technical architecture and business requirements.
