Job summary

Coforge in London, UK seeks a Lead Data Governance SME to drive enterprise-wide governance, data quality, metadata management, regulatory compliance and stewardship across GCP data platforms.

Define policies, establish ownership and governance models, and drive adoption across business and tech teams. Implement Dataplex, Data Catalog and data lineage for BigQuery, improving discoverability and governance KPIs.

Qualifications

• 8–14 years IT experience with Data Governance expertise.
• Hands-on Dataplex, Data Catalog and Data Lineage experience.
• Strong metadata, lineage and stewardship experience.
• Experience implementing enterprise DQ frameworks.
• Experience governing BigQuery based platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
