Location

The locations for this role are Newport, Titchfield (Fareham), London and Manchester.

Hybrid Working

We operate a flexible hybrid working model across the UK, with colleagues linked to one of our contractual locations and working between office and remote throughout the week. As part of the hybrid working arrangement there is a 40% minimum office attendance requirement.

Salary

£56,020 min (National) / £59,311 min (London)

Role Summary

We're looking for someone to take a lead role within our Data Acquisition Division, leading and supporting on the development of agreements with external parties and enabling these data to be brought into ONS, working to deliver mature data governance processes that deliver sustainable data for ONS’ need.

You will apply relevant data and ethical frameworks and standards to your work, understanding data governance good practice. Specifically, you'll provide advice to users on the technical, ethical, data protection and security, and legal aspects (e.g. GDPR) of using administrative data, and the benefits of using it.
