• A proven track record leading a Data Enabling/Transformation team in a matrix agile environment.
• Experience delivering data flows connecting operational systems to analytics and BI at scale.
• Expertise in on-premise and cloud data integration with data modelling concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead technically the Data Enabling team in a matrix agile environment.
• Collaborate with Platform Owner and senior stakeholders to identify and implement data solutions.
• Design and implement data flows and integrations linking operational systems, analytics and BI.
• Support data governance and quality initiatives.
