Job summary

Wise is seeking a Lead Data Analyst for the Treasury Analytics team in London. You will drive data-driven decisions for corporate treasury and banking partnerships, influencing strategic initiatives and process improvements.

You will mentor analysts, build robust data models with dbt, and surface insights via Lightdash dashboards. Strong SQL, data modelling, and stakeholder management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in data analytics.
• Extensive experience using SQL to build and maintain complex data sources and dashboards.
• Experience with dbt and robust data modelling.
• Stakeholder management skills across analytics, engineering and business.
• Ability to translate business requests into analytical problems.
• Ability to convey complex information to varied audiences.
• Ability to deliver high quality work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Help treasury teams make more effective operational and investment decisions through deep-dive analyses and performance measurement.
• Automate relevant operational processes to free up time for strategic initiatives.
• Build and maintain dbt data models to surface key metrics.
• Build and maintain Lightdash dashboards to support decision making.
• Collaborate with finance, engineering, customer support and operations for analytics solutions.
• Mentor team members on best practices in data analysis and reproducibility.
