Are you ready to shape how data drives decision-making across one of Europe's leading audio and media businesses? We are looking for a Lead Data Analyst to join our Data & Decision Sciences team in London.
As our Lead Data Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming complex data into actionable insights that influence strategic decisions across our Audio business. Working at the intersection of analytics, business strategy and audience understanding, you will help ensure data is leveraged effectively to improve performance, customer experiences and business outcomes. You will define analytical frameworks, establish meaningful KPIs, develop scalable reporting solutions and partner closely with stakeholders across multiple European markets. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of data-driven decision-making within Bauer Media Audio.
You will be joining our collaborative Data and Decision Sciences (DDS) team, which supports Bauer Media Audio across nine European markets. We combine centralised expertise with local market knowledge to deliver trusted insights and innovative data solutions. We see data as a strategic business partner, working closely with teams across the organisation to unlock opportunities, improve audience engagement and deliver measurable value. You will work alongside passionate analysts, data scientists and business stakeholders who are committed to creating impact through data.
