The Data Insights Team plays a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the organisation. We deliver high-impact analytics, build scalable data products, and foster a culture of insight-led thinking. Our work supports strategic priorities and helps elevate analytical maturity across Aberdeen.
As a Lead Analyst, you’ll lead complex analytical projects, mentor junior team members, and act as a trusted partner to stakeholders. This role blends hands-on technical delivery with leadership and team enablement, helping embed a data-driven culture and drive continuous improvement.
