A leading provider of digital psychiatry services is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to drive the analytics strategy. This remote role requires a proven leader with advanced Power BI skills and experience in data governance. The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally and mentor a team of analysts, supporting clinical and operational decision-making. Reporting to: Analytics Tech. Lead
Remuneration: £65,000-£70,000 per annum- plus £1000 working from home allowance
Contract Type: Permanent/ Full time - 40hours per week
Location: Home-based/various UK meeting locations as required

The Lead Data Analyst is responsible for driving the analytics strategy and leading a team of analysts to deliver timely, trusted, and actionable insights that inform operational and clinical decision-making.
You will act as the bridge between business leadership, data engineering, and BI teams, ensuring that reporting solutions and advanced analytics align with organisational priorities and deliver measurable impact. This role requires strong leadership, technical acumen, and stakeholder-management skills to shape best-practice analytics across the organisation.
This is a home-based role (applicants must reside in the UK), though occasional travel may be required for face-to-face meetings at various locations within the UK.
