The Opportunity

This is a senior technical leadership role responsible for driving strategic security engineering initiatives across vulnerability management, application security, AI security, threat modelling, security analytics, and metrics engineering. About You

• Significant experience leading security engineering teams within complex, highly regulated organisations.
• Strong background in cyber security engineering, architecture, vulnerability management, and application security.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale security platforms from strategy through implementation and operation.
• Expertise in automation, cloud technologies, analytics, and security tooling integration.
• Comfortable engaging executive stakeholders and translating risk into practical engineering outcomes.
• Experience within financial services, capital markets, banking, or critical infrastructure environments is highly desirable.
