We are seeking a Lead Clinician to join our fast-paced and dynamic CAMHS Crisis and Home Treatment Team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring individual with significant post-qualification experience of working with children and adolescents in a community mental health setting.
The CAMHS Crisis and Home Treatment Team works closely with other Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services within Oxfordshire and is part of the urgent care pathway provision, all of which is provided by Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust.
Working as part of an experienced multidisciplinary team, you will deliver high-quality care and contribute to clinical pathway developments, as well as to the assessment and treatment of young people who present to the CAMHS Crisis and Home Treatment Team.
There will also be opportunities to receive further training and frequent high-quality supervision.
This post covers the whole of the Oxfordshire area, and applicants must have the ability to travel independently.
Clinicians will receive internal and external training and frequent high-quality supervision.
