About this role

We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic professional to join our team as a Lead Country HR Business Partner. You will play a critical role in driving the strategic people agenda, translating it into actionable initiatives which drive meaningful value to the business outcomes, whilst aligning to the overall Global HR strategy. You will act as a credible HR partner within the UK and Ireland market(s) and work proactively and collaboratively with key stakeholders.

Location: Hybrid- 3 days a week from our London office & 2 days working from home. Reporting to: Head of HRBP UK&IE

  • Partner with the Country MT and / or Senior Management teams to co-create and drive the people agenda
  • Commercially minded and enjoys connecting people strategies with business outcomes
  • Acts as a change agent, supporting management teams solutioned and provides strategic thought partnership
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity within a fast paced, matrixed organisation
  • Leverages data to provide insights and trends to inform decision making and / or influence senior leaders where appropriate
  • Considers best practice and relevant compliance in the execution of projects and initiatives.
