A leading food delivery platform is seeking a strategic Lead Country HR Business Partner to drive HR initiatives across the UK and Ireland. This role involves partnering closely with senior management, influencing business outcomes through people strategies, and leveraging data for decision-making. The ideal candidate should have extensive HR experience, strong organizational skills, and a proven ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a hybrid working model, requiring three days a week in the London office.

We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic professional to join our team as a Lead Country HR Business Partner. You will play a critical role in driving the strategic people agenda, translating it into actionable initiatives which drive meaningful value to the business outcomes, whilst aligning to the overall Global HR strategy. You will act as a credible HR partner within the UK and Ireland market(s) and work proactively and collaboratively with key stakeholders.
Location: Hybrid- 3 days a week from our London office & 2 days working from home. Reporting to: Head of HRBP UK&IE
