Lead Country HR Business Partner

We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic professional to join our team as a Lead Country HR Business Partner. You will play a critical role in driving the strategic people agenda, translating it into actionable initiatives which drive meaningful value to the business outcomes, whilst aligning to the overall Global HR strategy.

Location: Hybrid – 3 days a week from our London office & 2 days working from home. Reporting to: Head of HRBP UK & IE.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Country MT and/or Senior Management teams to co-create and drive the people agenda
• Commercially minded and enjoys connecting people strategies with business outcomes
• Acts as a change agent, supporting management teams with solutions and provides strategic thought partnership
• Comfortable working with ambiguity within a fast paced, matrixed organisation
• Leverages data to provide insights and trends to inform decision making and/or influence senior leaders where appropriate
• Considers best practice and relevant compliance in the execution of projects and initiatives
• Demonstrable experience in a strategic HR position, working alongside senior leadership
• Strong organisation and execution abilities
• Proven track record working in an international and matrixed environment
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence across all levels
