Neko Health AB is seeking a Lead Corporate Engineer in London to manage and secure our clinic network, AV systems, and corporate infrastructure. You’ll own incidents end-to-end, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive automation with PowerShell and Graph in a fast-scaling healthcare tech environment.

You'll partner with global teams, travel to US sites when needed, and shape how we run the network as Neko scales, prioritising member experience and reliability.

Qualifications

• Strong networking fundamentals including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VLANs, routing and Wi-Fi.
• Hands-on Meraki troubleshooting and Azure networking knowledge for VPNs and VNets.
• Experienced as tech point of contact for a network vendor or MSP.
• On-site support across busy multi-site environments (offices/clinics).
• Administration of Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune across platforms.
• PowerShell scripting for admin tasks and automation with AI assistance.
• Clear documentation and communication with clinic leads and vendors.

Responsabilités

• Provide end-to-end network incident ownership and reduce escalations.
• Lead clinic-room readiness for openings, coordinating AV and facilities teams.
• Own network partner relationships and shape long-term operating model.
• Establish coverage of M365, Entra ID, Intune and Defender XDR; ship automation.
• Document network architecture and troubleshooting procedures for London and partners.
• Develop processes and tooling for Corporate Engineering; collaborate with global teams.
