Job summary

PSR Solutions are working with a Tier 2 Civils contractor in Essex and they are looking to bring in an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team and manage multiple schemes in the South East. You will oversee projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple projects from commencement through to completion.
• Taking overall responsibility for project delivery, programme, commercial performance and client relationships.
• Managing Site Managers, Engineers, subcontractors and wider project teams.
• Working closely with the commercial and pre-construction teams to ensure effective project planning and delivery.
• Monitoring project programmes, costs and resources.
• Managing subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring works are delivered to agreed standards.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders.
• Ensuring all works are delivered in accordance with health and safety requirements.
• Identifying and managing project risks, issues and opportunities.
• Attending site and client meetings as required.
• Supporting the development of project teams and driving high standards of performance.
• Ensuring projects are completed to programme, budget and quality expectations.
