Qualifications

• Experience working in inpatient settings with patients detained under the Mental Health Act.
• Strong leadership skills with previous involvement in service management.
• Background in trauma-informed care and/or personality disorder services is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide Consultant / RC-level clinical oversight for patients.
• Lead MDT ward rounds risk reviews and strategic clinical meetings.
• Offer expert psychiatric formulation and input into treatment planning.
• Fulfil Responsible Clinician duties for detained patients under the Mental Health Act.
