Job summary

Tata Steel UK is hiring a Construction (Level 4) Scheduler at Port Talbot to develop, maintain and manage Level 4 construction schedules, coordinating with project managers to track progress and adjust plans.

You will work with Primavera P6 and MS Project, provide regular reports, and support recovery and mitigation plans. This fixed-term role offers a competitive benefits package and opportunities to contribute to major projects.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Planner or Scheduler.
• Exposure to planning in multi-discipline environments.
• Forecasting and delivering to forecasts.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and manage Level 4 construction schedules.
• Monitor progress and update schedules with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with project teams to gather information and track milestones.
• Analyze schedule performance and report progress and risks.
• Support change control and contractor payments against schedules.
• Use Primavera P6 and MS Project for scheduling.
