Job summary

Redline Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Interim Head of Configuration Management for a Watford-based contract. You will define and lead the configuration management function, ensuring robust control of product data across multiple programmes.

You will drive governance, change control and compliance within a complex engineering environment, collaborating with engineering, PM, quality, manufacturing and supply chain teams to deliver effective configuration integrity.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading a Configuration Management function within a complex engineering, defence, aerospace or manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of configuration identification, change control, status accounting and configuration audits.
Experience managing configuration management teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
Knowledge of PLM, ERP and configuration management tools.

Responsibilities

Define and lead the configuration management function across multiple programmes.
Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices for configuration governance.
Ensure robust control of product data and compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate with engineering, project management, quality, manufacturing and supply chain teams.
