Buchanan, a leading international law firm in London, seeks a Senior Associate to join its growing Competition Litigation practice. The role offers an experienced competition litigator the opportunity to take on substantial responsibility within a busy, high-profile team.

You will lead significant workstreams on complex disputes, advise on damages claims and CAT proceedings, and develop case strategy with cross-border coordination, while mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to business

Qualifications

• Lead significant workstreams on complex competition disputes.
• Advise on follow-on damages claims, collective actions and CPO proceedings.
• Handle litigation before the Competition Appeal Tribunal and other courts.
• Develop case strategy, including settlement approaches and cross-border coordination.
• Engage with economic experts and manage complex evidence.
• Build trusted relationships with sophisticated institutional clients and stakeholders.
• Supervise, mentor and develop junior associates.
• Contribute to business development and the continued growth of the practice.

Responsibilities
