Overview

Apples Compensation team is responsible for ensuring that our people are rewarded with highly competitive pay and exceptional benefits for their contributions to Compensation team is looking for an innovative compensation leader to lead the compensation function for key lines of business and strategic projects in our EMEIA markets. You will partner with the leadership teams and their People Business Partners to design and implement an innovative regional compensation strategy within the overall company compensation philosophy for the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Progressive experience in compensation demonstrating a consistent track record of success in designing implementing and managing compensation programs within a multi-national company.
  • Proficiency in external market benchmarking utilizing market data sources to conduct competitive analysis.
  • Knowledge of Gender Pay Gap / Pay Equity legislation and applicable regional employment laws including the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
  • Experience in job evaluation methodologies.
  • Technology industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills including the ability to influence advise senior leaders and collaborate effectively with teams.
  • Proven ability to maintain a high level of integrity and ethics when handling confidential information.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture.
