On behalf of our client, a leading professional services firm, we are seeking an experienced Company Secretarial professional to join its growing team. You'll be responsible for supporting a diverse UK client base – from private companies to listed PLCs – within a collaborative and supportive environment offering excellent scope for development.

Overview

Company Secretarial professional to join a growing team supporting a diverse UK client base (private companies to listed PLCs) in a collaborative environment with development opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • You will manage statutory compliance, company lifecycle events and governance processes across a varied portfolio.
  • Duties include preparing and filing statutory documents, maintaining company registers, drafting resolutions and ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • The role also involves mentoring junior colleagues, liaising with clients and regulatory bodies and contributing to business development initiatives.
Qualifications
  • At least three years' UK company secretarial experience.
  • Solid knowledge of the Companies Act and confidence working with listed entities.
  • Strong drafting, communication and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Diligent Entities and Microsoft Office.
  • CGIUKI qualification (or working toward it) is advantageous.
  • Listed plc experience is useful but not essential.
Role Details
