East London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated Band 7 Community Specialist Palliative Care Nurse to join our North Bedfordshire Team. The post is primarily based in Clapham and involves working with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality specialist palliative care to patients and families in the community.

Although based in Clapham, the post holder will cover across Bedfordshire as required to meet service needs and ensure continuity of care.

Competenze

• Band 7 experience in palliative care is desirable but not mandatory.
• NMP qualification in palliative care is desirable.

Mansioni

• Provide high-quality specialist palliative care in the community as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Lead and support care planning, symptom management, and end-of-life care decisions.
