Role Overview
The Lead Commissioning Project Manager (Lead CxPM) oversees and ensures the safe, reliable, and compliant commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems, building control and monitoring systems and critical infrastructure—primarily within mission-critical facilities such as data centres.
This role ensures that all building systems perform according to design intent, owner’s requirements, industry standards, and operational needs.
The Lead CxPM leads commissioning delivery across multiple projects, provides technical oversight during all construction phases, and ensures a seamless transition from equipment delivery, through to construction and to live commissioning. Drawing from strong MEP, commissioning, and quality-assurance experience, the Lead CxA acts as a trusted advisor to clients, design teams, and contractors.
