• Take ownership of all commercial aspects across multiple live projects
• Oversee cost planning, procurement, and subcontract management
• Lead valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Work closely with Directors to shape commercial strategy and processes
• Act as the go-to commercial lead for the business, mentoring junior staff and driving best practice

Skills

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in high-end residential construction

Strong understanding of Traditional and D&B contracts

Commercially astute and detail-driven

Confident managing multiple projects
