Job summary

Calibre Search is seeking a Refrigeration Supervisor for a South East England portfolio. Based in Gravesend, you will oversee a team of refrigeration engineers, ensuring reactive repairs and planned maintenance are delivered safely and to a high standard across a large retail estate.

You should bring strong CO2 (R744) experience and a commercial refrigeration background, with oversight of fault-finding, scheduling and customer liaison. Salary up to £60,000 DOE; company van and benefits available.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial refrigeration background with CO2 (R744) experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience with planned and reactive maintenance; F-Gas qualification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of refrigeration engineers across the South East.
• Provide technical guidance and assistance with complex refrigeration faults.
• Oversee reactive repairs, PPMs and planned maintenance.
• Monitor engineering performance and quality of work.
• Carry out site visits, audits and quality checks.
• Assist with engineer allocation and scheduling.
• Liaise with customers, site teams and internal stakeholders.
• Identify recurring faults and opportunities to improve system reliability.
• Ensure health & safety and company procedures are followed.
• Provide hands-on technical support where required.
