Job summary

Energy trading House in London City is seeking a Lead Service Configuration/CMDB Lead to own the configuration management framework, drive automation, scripting, and API integrations to improve data quality and reduce manual maintenance.

You will oversee Lansweeper and Atlassian Assets Discovery, ensure CMDB accuracy across multiple systems, and provide regular reports on health, risk and remediation opportunities. Three days in the office in London City.

Qualifications

• Experience with CMDB and configuration management across complex environments.
• Ability to drive automation and reduce manual data maintenance.
• Experience with reporting CMDB health, data quality and risk remediation.

Responsibilities

• Own the configuration management framework, standards, processes and procedures.
• Manage discovery tools and ensure data accuracy across sources.
• Provide regular CMDB health reports, discovery coverage and improvement opportunities.
