Job summary

Panthera Biopartners is seeking a Principal Investigator to lead clinical research at the site. You will ensure staff training, regulatory compliance, and that all procedures adhere to the Protocol, ICH/GCP, and local regulations. You will recruit eligible patients and oversee study activities on a weekly basis.

You will manage delegation of tasks, maintain study documentation, and participate in audits and inspections as required. Strong leadership and meticulous record-keeping are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be GMC registered with licence to practise in the UK.
• Minimum 5 years' clinical experience with at least 1 year in the NHS.
• At least 1 year as Sub-Investigator.
• GCP trained and compliant with trial regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure training compliance for all site staff and adherence to SOPs/COPs, ICH/GCP, and local regulations.
• Recruit patients who meet study criteria and conduct trials per Protocol.
• Maintain delegation logs and assign tasks; monitor AE/SAE reporting timelines.
