Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the medicines information service including Patient Helpline.
• Lead core enquiry answering service for healthcare professionals.
• Manage rotational band 6/7 pharmacists and conduct appraisals.
• Maintain database for medicines information and ensure compliance.
• Attend UKMI conferences and collaborate for quality assurance.
