Glen Group in Meir, ST3 is recruiting a Permanent, Part time Working Cleaning Supervisor to lead a daytime and evening team, ensuring high standards of cleanliness.

The role is Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week, 06:00-14:00, paying £13.50 per hour. You will supervise, plan daily duties, conduct audits, and ensure health and safety procedures are followed.

This is a hands-on leadership position with scope to develop within the growing company.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning supervisory experience.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness.
• Supervise and support a small daytime team and an evening cleaning team
• Plan and allocate daily cleaning duties.
• Carry out regular client walk-rounds and respond promptly to any requests or concerns.
• Complete quality audits and ensure all cleaning standards are consistently achieved.
• Undertake deep cleaning tasks as required.
• Train, motivate and monitor cleaning staff.
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report any faults.
• Manage stock levels and order cleaning supplies when required.
• Complete all required paperwork and reports accurately
