Qualifications

• Degree in engineering (or equivalent) and ideally chartered or working towards it.
• Expertise in reinforced concrete, steel buildings, buried pipework, and site infrastructure.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for health, safety, and innovative design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering technical direction and collaborate with key stakeholders.
• Review civil design deliverables to ensure processes are followed.
• Input into Construction Design Management (CDM) strategy meetings.
• Ensure compliance with Minimum Asset Standards and provide feedback.
• Implement new digital technologies for fully attributed 3D models.
