Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a skilled team of SET practitioners.
  • Shape and promote the SET service across the council.
  • Implement and embed the Family Help Model.
  • Monitor emerging risks and trends in exploitation.
  • Oversee complex case management including Child Protection.
  • Collaborate with agencies to develop safeguarding strategies.
  • Promote the team's TEDDS approach.
