Job summary

Cosy Club Oxford is looking for a Head Chef to lead a busy kitchen, delivering the Cosy Club experience from brunch to dinner. You will drive cooking excellence, mentor a team, and push for innovation while maintaining consistent quality across service.

In partnership with the General Manager, you will shape the atmosphere, master signature dishes, and motivate the team to achieve outstanding guest satisfaction every day.

Qualifications

• Extensive head chef or executive chef experience.
• Strong leadership and team management.
• Ability to coach and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead cooking operations and ensure high standards.
• Coach and mentor kitchen staff to develop skills and consistency.
• Develop and master signature dishes with the team, delivering a Cosy Club experience.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to influence the restaurant atmosphere and guest satisfaction.
