Qualifications

• PhD in life sciences with 3+ years cell therapy/ATMP experience or BSc/MSc with 5+ years in relevant field.
• Experience in biotech/pharma environment and regulatory familiarity (GMP/GLP).
• Strong knowledge of cell processing, formulation, and process development.
• Experience preparing technical, CMC, and regulatory documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead process development experiments and data analysis for cell and manufacturing processes.
• Support technology transfer to manufacturing partners and internal teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate early-stage processes into scalable manufacturing.
• Prepare development protocols, reports, SOPs, and regulatory documentation.
• Contribute to deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and data integrity activities.
