Working closely with company directors, you’ll help shape operational standards, ensure safety compliance, and drive growth.

Key duties and responsibilities

• Installing, maintaining, and servicing commercial heating systems and catering gas equipment
• Leading and mentoring junior engineers as the team develops
• Assisting in the design and implementation of procedures, standards, and safety protocols
• Supporting the development of new service offerings and growing the client portfolio
• Maintaining a strong focus on quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction
