Lead Care Professional
Location: Sheffield North (S35 2XQ)
Employment Type: Full-Time Contract
Rota: 5-day week, 9-hour availability, alternate weekends and occasional nights
Salary: £25,350 - £26,325
Experience: Care experience required

Help improve care quality, ensuring our team is well‑equipped and confident in their roles.
Previous experience in a care role, ideally with leadership responsibilities.
A passion for supporting others and maintaining high standards of care.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
A proactive and compassionate approach to care.
