Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. You will lead by example, guide and support care staff, assist with care planning, and ensure safe medication administration, while promoting a comfortable, respectful, and well-managed environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the training and supervision of care staff.
• Deliver and oversee person-centred care, including personal care and mobility support.
• Administer medication in line with policies and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in developing and updating care plans.
• Ensure a clean, safe environment and follow infection control procedures.
• Support residents’ wellbeing through daily activities and engagement.
• Work closely with the team to maintain smooth day-to-day operations, including supporting catering and housekeeping where needed.
