As a Lead Cardiac Physiologist, you will be responsible for leading the Interventional Suite Physiology service, driving clinical quality, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care within our Cath Lab and Pacing Clinic.

Main duties of the job
  • Provide clinical and operational leadership for the Interventional Suite Physiology service, including Cath Lab and Pacing Clinic.
  • Deliver and oversee high-quality procedures such as pacing, angiography, PCI, and electrophysiological studies.
  • Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC, MHRA, and clinical governance standards.
  • Drive continuous quality improvement through audit, evidence-based practice, and innovation.
