Lead Cardiac Physiologist – The Clementine Churchill Hospital, Harrow

Hours & Compensation: 37.5 hours per week, permanent salary (competitive).

We invite application for a Lead Cardiac Physiologist to join our Cardiology department at The Clementine Churchill Hospital, part of Circle Health Group. This full‑time role requires flexible shift coverage and supports our department leaders and Clinical Services Manager in delivering high‑quality cardiac care in inpatient, day‑case and outpatient settings.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the cardiac physiologist team; plan, perform and interpret cardiac investigations (ECG, Holter monitoring, BP monitoring, exercise testing, etc.).
  • Provide cardiac echocardiography (echo) scans and a range of investigations to a competent standard.
  • Receive guidance and ensure compliance with Society for Cardiological Science & Technology, British Cardiac Society, and company standards.
  • Maintain mandatory training and qualifications; act as Clinical Lead.
  • Deliver compassionate care, building respectful relationships with patients and colleagues.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Clinical Physiology or equivalent (ONC/BTEC in physiological measurement, medical physics with BSE qualification).
  • Previous experience within acute healthcare sector.
  • Experience as a Clinical Lead.
  • Ability to perform cardiac echocardiography (echo) scans.
