Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd is seeking a Café Manager in London to lead a high-volume daytime operation in a beautifully designed venue. You will be on the floor with your team, driving standards and delivering brilliant guest experiences.

You will manage front-of-house, coach and develop staff, handle rosters and stock, and maintain food safety and health & safety standards. This is a 40-hour contract with no split shifts, with hours from 8:30am to 6:00pm.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a café, restaurant or premium hospitality operation.
• Naturally loves people and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Leads by example and develops the team.
• Commercial awareness with labour, stock control and sales focus.
• Organised, proactive and calm under pressure.
• Food safety knowledge is a real advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a passionate front of house team.
• Drive sales whilst delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Manage rotas, stock, ordering and day-to-day operations.
• Maintain outstanding food safety and health & safety standards.
• Work closely with the wider hospitality team to continuously improve the offer.
• Be hands-on, visible and lead by example every day.
