Job summary

You will drive standardisation and ensure data quality to support maintenance, capital projects and space planning.

• Extensive CAD/drawing management experience in a complex property/healthcare environment.
• Advanced AutoCAD and Revit proficiency with BIM principles.

• Knowledge of quality assurance processes in drawings and data.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic management and assurance of estate drawings and Revit models.
• Manage drawing registers and review contractor submissions.
• Validate as-built information and maintain technical documentation.
