A public regulatory body in Birmingham is seeking a Lead Business Improvement Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of complex projects across the Futures portfolio. The role includes managing a team, engaging with stakeholders, and improving project methodologies. The position offers a full-time, permanent contract with a hybrid working pattern.

In this role you will manage and develop a team of project managers and project support officers working on complex, interdependent and/or unrelated projects. This includes detailed planning, optimal and performant resource management, RAID (Risks/Assumptions/Issues/Dependencies) management and ensuring outcomes are achieved against designed deliverables for the most complex and business-critical projects. You will work with senior stakeholders to define and maintain project prioritisation, planning, engaging with and influencing to ensure projects are delivered.
Reporting into the Head of Change Management, you will support in the continuous improvement of the project management methodologies and associated principles.
