What you’ll do

In your new role, you’ll be accountable for producing business requirements to inform future state design, supporting teams in understanding the requirements and their linkages to the overall domain strategy. We’ll also look to you to build, manage and maintain a positive working relationship with stakeholders and third‑party suppliers across Security Services.

  • Conducting workshops, interviews, and process reviews to understand and optimise identity management processes
  • Documenting and testing business rules and workflows to ensure alignment with compliance and business needs
  • Analysing current identity governance processes and recommend improvements, as well as mapping and optimising user access lifecycle processes

To take on this role, you’ll need leadership and people management experience, paired with significant experience as a business analyst, preferably supporting IAM solutions and services. You’ll bring a general understanding of risk methodologies and techniques, and the ability to adapt to changing business and technical requirements.

Alongside the ability to build a new service in a greenfield area, you’ll need an understanding of business process improvement, such as Lean Six Sigma, and excellent analytical, decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
