About The Role
Job Level: 10
As a Lead Business Analyst within the TPXimpact Delivery Team, you will operate at a strategic level to bridge the gap between complex business challenges and sustainable digital solutions. As a lead practitioner, you will champion the BA profession by mentoring junior staff, refining internal methodologies, and supporting recruitment efforts. While this role outlines your primary strategic and operational duties, it remains flexible to meet evolving company needs.

- Lead management of Business Analyst recruitment campaigns through screening, interviewing and encouraging word of mouth awareness of TPX BA opportunities.
- Commercial & Bid Support: Growth & Proposals: Partner with the growth team to support bid‑writing and proposal development, ensuring our BA methodology is a factor in winning new business.
- Continuously maintain and update skills and knowledge to stay current within your relevant field of expertise
