Job summary

A leading real estate services firm seeks a Building Services Engineering Lead in Manchester. The candidate will oversee the maintenance and operation of critical facility assets, ensuring compliance and enhancing service delivery. Key responsibilities include team management, safety compliance, and technical reporting. Ideal candidates will have strong engineering knowledge and experience in PFI or educational contracts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in PFI or Educational contracts.
• LV Authorised Person (Experienced with LV Systems) desirable.
• Ability to lead, motivate and direct a small team.
• Demonstrate a willingness to attend training even if it requires nights away.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering team in building services.
• Ensure safety and compliance in operations.
• Prepare and plan all critical and reactive works.
• Complete daily engineering reports accurately.
