Job description
The Role

You’ll manage a portfolio of UK-based clients, support new business opportunities, and collaborate with senior colleagues to deliver tailored insurance solutions. You’ll also contribute to broking strategy and placements, helping shape the future of cyber risk management. As part of the team, you will:

Client Relationships
  • Manage a portfolio of cyber insurance clients
  • Support renewals, retention, and growth
  • Collaborate with internal experts to deliver tailored solutions
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
Broking & Placement
  • Understand client needs and risks
  • Prepare market submissions and negotiate with insurers
  • Support complex placements with senior colleagues
  • Ensure compliance and accurate documentation.
Operational Support
  • Maintain systems and records
  • Help track revenue and support budgeting
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality service
  • Work with teams across WTW to coordinate client solutions.
Qualifications
  • Experience in client service or broking (cyber or technology professional indemnity preferred)
  • Efficient communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organised, detail-focused, and proactive
  • Willingness to learn and grow – ACII or cyber qualifications a plus
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, hybrid environment.
